Meet the Team
Our founders, Alina and Faris, both grew up in Dubai and navigated their way through education and early careers, struggling to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations. Alina, a Business Management alumna from the University of Birmingham, UK, and Faris, an Engineering graduate from Carleton University, Canada, experienced firsthand how difficult it was to access the right resources, mentorship, and career connections.
